AC Rides, Point to Point pick up, Eco – Friendly rides, Hassle Free cancellations, Easy Booking, Customer Safety and Support. We want to help you to help us to collectively contribute to preserving our environment, in our own small but significant ways.

It’s a closed wallet were the user can load funds using their Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or other wallets and the same can be used to book a ride. The maximum one can load in the wallet is Rs.5,000/-. Please note as per RBI guidelines the money from the closed wallet cannot be refunded back into any other wallets (like GPay, Paytm, Phonepe etc.) or Bank accounts.

  1. Simply login via our web app our downloading in play store for android app
  2. Select from the routes which you want to travel and click on those routes to get more details about the route for no of seats, timings and cost of the trip with pick up and drop points
  3. Reserve your seat and your good to go
  4. Timings or routes not in your favor, no problem you can suggest a new route and we will give you a solution in less than 48 hrs.

“Recharge your Sving wallet and you’re good to go! Our rides are cashless & prepaid. You can also book via out payment gateway also in case if you want an alternate option, payment can be done by credit card, debit card, UPI, other government approved wallets.

The Government of India levies 5% GST (2.5% CGST, 2.5% SGST) on bookings done via our platform. You can view this information on the booking confirmation screen (‘i’ information icon)*

We display your booked rides in ‘My Trips” section of our App. Information about pickup point, pickup time, bus number, bus location and navigation is available there. For ease of use, we have divided this section into ‘Your Trips’ and ‘Previous’ rides. We also send alerts through push notification and the same can be seen by clicking bell icon at the top right of your app screen.

It basically shows the total trips booked during any period. Against each of the trip it also mentions the status of the ride

  • Confirmed – When the ride is booked and is due to be taken.
  • Cancelled – When the ride booked has been cancelled by the user.
  • Completed – When the ride taken is completed.
  • Not-Boarded – When the user has missed her/his trip.

You will have to use the google maps to reach the location as chosen when booking the trip. We will be soon releasing an update which will have the track option which will direct you to the pick-up point. The point may vary +/- 50 mtrs at times depending on the traffic congestion

Simple once you board the shuttle flash you trip to the driver. Please ensure you are at the pickup point at least 10 mins before the scheduled arrival of the shuttle to avoid inconvenience to other customers.

We send out a push notification at the start of the trip and 5 mins before it reaches the pick-up point

Being on time has always been one of our core values but at times there could be unforeseen delays due to traffic congestion.

This usually happens when one is in a poor coverage area. If the issue persists please reach out to our customer care team on 88884449452/9450 and they will be happy to assist you.

We are constantly working on adding new routes basis the requests received from our customers. You can alternatively give your suggestions by clicking on the button on the Book a Ride screen in the App and our team will get back to you at the earliest.

No, once a booking is done it cannot be modified. You will have to cancel the ride and book a new one. Please refer our cancellation policy for the charges.

We always advice our customers to reach the pick-up point 10 mins to avoid being in such situations. Please refer our cancellation policy for the charges.

Our shuttle drivers usually don’t miss picking up our customers however should that situation arise please reach out to our customer care team on 8884449452/9450 and we will be glad to assist you.

It’s easy! go to the My Trip screen and choose the trip that you want to cancel and click on the cancel button. Depending on the time the trip is cancelled there could be nominal cancellation fee that will be charged.

It’s simple! Any trip cancelled 20 mins before the scheduled time of arrival is refunded whereas any trip cancelled later is not. Applicable to all bookings.

Because the trip was cancelled in less than 20 mins of the scheduled arrival of the Shuttle.

No. You will need to cancel the trip and book a fresh one.

You can get off at a different stop provided its in the list of scheduled stops for the trip and before the chosen drop point at the time of booking the trip.

No. This is not possible as the shuttle would have to wait and this would mean inconvenience to other in the shuttle and those waiting to board further ahead.
